Clinton High School has AGAIN been Nationally Ranked Best High School with a bronze rating by U.S. News & World Report for the 2014-2015 school year!

Clinton High School has also proudly been ranked 30th on the 2015 Iowa AP Index for the Top 50 Schools

 

Adison Mixdorf has been selected as one of 75 students world-wide to attend the

2016 World Food Prize Global Youth Institute in Des Moines in fall 2016.

 

 

Seth Bolen was elected as Boys State Auditor at the American Legion's Iowa Boys state gathering.

 

Adolfo Espitia was selected as a 2015 Horatio Alger National Scholar

 

Alice Lind was a featured soloist for the Clinton Symphony Orchestra after being selected from the symphony's annual Young Artist Auditions

 

Riley Hubbart, Sameer Ansari, and Joshua Bolen attended the FBLA Spring Leadership Conference and were elected and installed as the State Secretary, State Vice-President, and State Parliamentarian

 

The CHS Quiz Bowl Team brought home 1st Place from the CCC Academic Quiz Bowl

The CHS Significant Disabilities program, in partnership with the Family & Consumer Science department, cultivated seeds this year in the CHS greenhouse

                        

 

The CHS Innnovation Room is modeled on the collaborative technology-based classrooms at the University of Iowa which promote 21st century skills for problem solving.  The CHS Innovation Room is one of the only models of this type of classroom at the high school level in the entire state of Iowa.
