Our Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals guide our every move. To get the most out of our students, we have to figure out our path to get there. Our Vision creates our path! How we will achieve our Vision is by our Collective Commitments. We will hold to these when we have to make tough decisions. In the end, we want to be able to reach our t goals:
1) By the end of the year, 90% of Jefferson students will appropriately answer PLC questions one and two and show one or more year’s growth on ISASP and Fast Benchmark Data, as an outcome of teachers incorporating self-efficacy elements into their daily instruction.
2) By the end of the year, all Jefferson teachers will average an 80% success rate of sharing one positive, monthly correspondence with their students’ caregivers and decrease the chronic absentee rate to 10% or less, as measured by the 2023-2024 Positive Monthly Correspondence Google Sheet, and monthly checks on student attendance.
