It is the intent of the Human Resource Department to identify and hire those quality individuals who are the most qualified and best fit the vacancy for every position.
All employees, certified and non-certified, are important and have a special role in providing for each student. The selection process for each position is rigorous and highly structured to identify the best candidate.
It is the goal of the Clinton Community School District to hire the best person available for each vacancy.
