After 1 week in our Treats 4 Troops Campaign, here are our leaders!

     3rd Place: Ms. Hinsley's Homeroom with 50.09 ounces

     2nd Place: Mr. Gabel's Homeroom with 66.45 ounces

     1st Place: Ms. Hood's Homeroom with 301.35 ounces!

Well done! Keep bringing in those treats! You never know, the grade level with the most candy brought in might also win a prize!

Our ELL program would like to welcome you to our Day of The Dead coloring contest. The contest will end on November 1st. Students will vote for the best artwork at each grade level. The winners will be announced on November 6th and be given a surprise prize.

This week is the annual Red Ribbon Week. This year's theme is be kind to your mind, live drug-free to kick off the week off, We have some statistics. 11% of 8th graders, 21.5% of 10th graders and 32.6% of 12th graders have been reported to use some sort of drug. Tomorrow is Role Model Day, dress up to “Be the example, Live drug free”.

Fun Fact:  Eat an orange before working out. It will keep you hydrated and prevent your muscles from getting sore.
