Seniors: Please check your emails regarding an event that will be held on Tuesday October 15th to assist with college applications and creating your FSAID. FAFSA is scheduled to open on December 1st and we want to make sure you are ready for the next steps. Students have to buy wristbands during lunch Today to attend the football game. $5 each. Can't have more than 10 tardies/absences combined or any behavior incidents to attend. Don’t forget to wear Pink to the game Tonight.
Senior photos for the yearbook are due February 15th. No late submissions will be accepted. Please plan ahead if you would like your professional senior photos included in the yearbook.
First Read a Latte will be on Oct 16th in the library @ 7:40 am till homeroom.
Please check the due back date on your library books. If they are overdue and you are still reading them please stop in and get them renewed, otherwise please return them so someone else can read them. Thank you.
Last night River Kings and Queens XC competed against nineteen teams, including six ranked teams, in the DeWitt Invitational. Varsity girls placed 4th and were led by medalists Carryn Sattler 5th, Alli Haskell 6th, Aubrey Rivers 13th. Sescie Haan, Avery Balog, and Kirstin Bengtson rounded out the scoring. Varsity boys placed 10th. The Kings were led by Kolton Lorion, Ed Weiner, CJ Estes, Jordan Stafford, Zarek Haskell, David Peralta-Flores, and Cael Schwarz. JV Girls placed 5th and were led by Akehmah McClendon 10th, Sophia Morley, Chloe Ellis, Riley Reynolds, and Kaylee Davis. The JV Boys placed 5th and were led by Jayden Krogmann, Asher Dornbush, Connor Roberts, Johnny Gonzalez, and Logan Spooner. The team had seven PRs: Estes, Krogmann, Dornbush, Roberts, Gonzalez, Morley, and Alexis Endreshak. The team ran hard and competed well. If you see a runner in the hallway, give them a high-five. The harriers travel back to DeWitt on Wednesday to compete in the MAC Meet.
