The September Nutrition Services Employee of the Month is Mary Greene. Mary is the cook at Bluff Elementary and has been with the school district for over 3 years. Mary does a fantastic job and is always willing to go above and beyond. She always greets students with a warm smile, while adding fun and humor to the kitchen. The underground work for Phase 3 is nearly all complete and the steel is currently being erected. Approximately one-third of the steel for the last phase is installed. The picture shows the two-story steel framing where the main offices will be. Not yet framed up and just to the right of this framing will be the main entrance to the offices and the theater. Art classrooms will be further to the right (not pictured).
The goal is to get the building enclosed this fall so work can continue throughout the winter, and aim for a completion date of late summer/early fall 2026.
